PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. At the meeting of the Demolition Committee to be held on June 15, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. at the Municipal Building located at 138 rue Principale, the Committee will consider demolition applications in accordance with By-law 23-165 Respecting the Demolition of Buildings. The applications concern the following properties:
- The property located at 336 Route 132, Métis-sur-Mer, known as Lot 6,653,419 of the Québec Cadastre (former Motel Au coin de la Baie);
- The property located at 195 rue Principale, Métis-sur-Mer, known as Lot 5,934,377 of the Québec Cadastre;
- The property located at 422 Beach Road, Métis-sur-Mer, known as Lot 5,934,102 of the Québec Cadastre.
2. The application seeks authorization to demolish the main deteriorated building, in accordance with the provisions of the municipal planning and zoning regulations.
3. At the Demolition Committee meeting, any interested person may be heard regarding this application.
4. Any person wishing to oppose the demolition must, within 10 days of the publication of this public notice, submit a written objection stating the reasons for the opposition to the Clerk-Treasurer of the Municipality.
